Customers can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging along with proof of purchase.
Certain items cannot be returned, including opened or used natural products, perishable goods, and customized or personalized items. These items are not eligible for refund or exchange under any condition.
To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order details. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back safely.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with clear proof (images/videos) so we can assist you quickly.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.
